I purchased 4 CRP dry-fit polo-tee shirts from Luminous Printing and I want to raise my genuine customer experience (which may / may not be coherent with the other reviews) and also to review the quality of the shirt received. First up on the customer experience, with little to no concrete reason provided, the merchant changed the originally scheduled timing, not once, but twice. As a first-time customer who is keen on making a purchase from this merchant, I found the flow of ordering and delivery process to be less than ideal. There may be reasons behind why this happened but on the buyer end, I honestly viewed this as a lack of professionalism to provide a timely service. Secondly, on the quality of shirts received, although the website categorised it under dry-fit polo tee, as a buyer, I felt deceived when I received the goods because the texture and feel of the material obviously does not resemble that of a dry-fit material. When asked, seller insisted that he is not able to assist me on any matters since they are not shopee or any other online platform and Then you need to re-order other series of material if i was not satisfied with the previous batch (which to me, was ironic, because why would I re-order after experiencing such poor after-sales service?). Lastly, the above is my genuine response after my chat with the merchant and I really hope the service and quality of goods (at least for CRP7200) can be enhanced but till then, I wouldn't buy any other merchandise from Luminous Printing.
