1. Doorstep Delivery Service

We offer doorstep delivery services for orders of all sizes and quantities. Customers may arrange their preferred delivery schedule and confirm the applicable delivery rates with our team. We will ensure that your T-shirts or corporate gifts are delivered according to the agreed schedule.

Courier delivery charges are as follows and are subject to delivery location:

• Standard Doorstep Delivery : Within 3 hours – from $18.00 onwards
• Standard Doorstep Delivery by Pooling : Within 6 hours – from $15.00 onwards

All pricing is subject to the volume and type of vehicle used (Car, Van or Lorry)

Delivery services are facilitated via Lalamove or Grab Express, depending on availability and customer preference.

Complimentary free delivery is available only for selected items with a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces and above.

2. Self-Collection

Self-collection from our sales office located at Hougang is complimentary. Our self-collection hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM subject to the time slot availability.

Kindly confirm the collection address and preferred time with our sales representative prior to your collection.

A WhatsApp or email confirmation will be provided 2–3 days prior to the collection date. For weekend collections, please contact our sales representative in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
